Sounds good? Great, because we are currently looking for an Incident Manager to join a MAN project in the Automotive industry for our client!
How do we work?
📃 Through a B2B contract.
🌐 Fully remote, with the possibility of business trips to Munich, Germany.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing error reports and incidents within the MAN project.

Coordinating service campaigns.
-
Supervising the rollout of new features.
-
Working closely with the technical team in Munich and the field team in Starachowice to escalate and resolve critical issues.

Coordinating communication between technical teams and supporting the efficient resolution of reported incidents.
We are looking for someone who:

Has documented experience working on MAN projects – mandatory requirement.

Has knowledge of MAN vehicle architecture.

Has experience in incident and error management, preferably in the Automotive or Software industry.

Has knowledge of service campaign processes.

Has a minimum B2/C1 level of English.

Is well-organized, communicative, and able to coordinate activities across different teams.

Can effectively manage priorities and respond to critical issues in a dynamic project environment.
Nice to have:
-
Knowledge of German.
-
Basic knowledge of the vehicle software flashing process.

Basic ability to read electrical schematics.
-
Previous experience working with international technical teams.
