Sounds good? Great, because we are currently looking for a MAN Software Diagnostics Specialist – “Flying Doctor” to join our team and work on an exciting project in the Automotive industry for our client!
How do we work?
📍 Based in Starachowice, Poland, with a mobile field-based role.
🌍 Approximately 80% travel within the EU, 15% outside the EU, and 5% in Poland.
Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing and resolving software issues in MAN vehicles on-site, at customer locations and in the field.

Performing software reconfigurations and local software repairs.

Analyzing vehicle logs to identify and troubleshoot software-related issues.

Escalating critical issues to the technical team in Munich and supporting the preparation of software patches.

Working directly in the field to ensure efficient resolution of vehicle software issues.
We are looking for someone who:

Has documented experience working on MAN projects – mandatory requirement.

Has knowledge of MAN vehicle architecture.

Can read electrical schematics and has experience with vehicle software flashing.

Is willing and able to travel frequently abroad, working in a continuous travel-based role, primarily across the EU.

Has a valid Category B driving license.

Has a minimum B2 level of English.

Is independent, flexible, and comfortable working in a dynamic field environment.
Nice to have:

Knowledge of German or another European language.

Previous experience working in a field service / “Flying Doctor” model.

Experience with on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of automotive software.
