We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join the team responsible for the development and maintenance of a Voice of Customer (VoC) platform based on Odoo CRM.

The project focuses on the development and operational support of the Voice of Customer (VoC) platform, designed to help organizations manage and improve customer experience. The platform is continuously enhanced with new modules, third-party integrations, and features that support data analysis and business process automation.

Your role
As a Senior Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of the Odoo CRM platform. You will build new modules and features, integrate the platform with other business systems, and collaborate with the team to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
Your responsibilities
💻 Design and develop new modules and features in Odoo
⚙️ Configure and customize workflows and business processes
🎨 Enhance and optimize the user interface
🧩 Implement business logic and configure role-based access control and permissions
📊 Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
🔗 Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, HL7, and other protocols)
🔄 Support bidirectional data exchange and monitor integration performance
🛠️ Troubleshoot integration issues and adapt existing integrations to evolving business requirements
🗄️ Migrate data from legacy and external systems
🧹 Perform data validation, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and ensure ongoing data quality
🤝 Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to design and deliver new functionalities
What we expect
- Several years of commercial experience as an Odoo Developer
- Strong knowledge of Odoo and Python
- Hands-on experience in developing and extending Odoo modules
- Practical experience with system integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP, or other protocols)
- Experience in designing business processes and configuring workflows in Odoo
- Experience with data migration, mapping, and transformation
- Good understanding of software quality standards and application security best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of English
